The Litigation Attorney will assist the General Counsel with several lawsuits—one in particular that involves trade secret and/or false advertising claims—including collecting, analyzing, and providing everything needed for discovery, reviewing pleadings, identifying witnesses, conducting internal investigations, reviewing expert statements, etc. The Litigation Attorney would also need to work with and manage outside counsel providing reports to the General Counsel and tracking case progress.  This is an indefinite, part-time contract position with hours that will fluctuate depending on the litigation schedule and could be a great litigation opportunity for a solo practitioner seeking add flexible contract work to his or her practice.
