Legal services industry leader and New Law company Legility is looking for a transactional attorney with experience negotiating deals in the Asia-Pacific region for a long-term, part-time contract assignment.  Fluency in a Chinese, Japanese or Taiwanese language is required.  

Requirements:

Extensive experience handling transactional work in the Asia-Pacific region for a top-tier law firm or Fortune 500 corporate legal department; 

Fluency in a Chinese, Japanese or Taiwanese language;

An active and good-standing Bar license in at least one U.S. state; 

J.D. from a top-tier law school.
