Legility seeks an experienced garnishments attorney to assist a large bank holding company based in the Southeast. This is a remote, part-time, contract position of an indefinite duration. The ideal candidate is an attorney who understands garnishments and can successfully communicate within the client’s IT system.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in garnishments in a large law firm or corporate legal department setting
• Stellar academic credentials from a top law school
• Active Arkansas law license
