Legility seeks an experienced Liability Claims Analysis to work on-site with an international corporation on a full-time contract basis. The contract assignment is expected to last up to 12 months. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience providing support to attorneys in a busy in house legal depart and/or 5+ years experience as a claims analyst. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or paralegal certificate
  • At least 5 years exempt experience adjusting property damage and bodily injury liability    claims and litigation of moderately serious exposure and complexity on a regional and national level
  • Moderate knowledge of contract, tort, damages, agency, subrogation contribution/indemnity and other applicable/related law, as well as, strong analytical and problem solving negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
