Legility seeks attorneys experienced in drafting and negotiating IT and sophisticated standard and non-standard technology agreements. Relevant experience will include SaaS/Cloud agreements, software licensing and development, vendor, reseller, service and distribution agreements, EULAs, terms of service and use, e-commerce, web hosting, advertising, marketing and others. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who wish to work remotely on a contract basis, with flexible, part-time hours.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of solid drafting and negotiating experience in IT contracts either in-house or with a large law firm
  • Additional experience in privacy and security issues is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and work well with in-house counsel and internal business units
  • Experience and ability to work independently on a remote basis; desire to work on contract basis
  • Strong academic background from a top law school
  • An active law license in state where you reside
