Legility has an immediate need for an experienced securities attorney to support an in-house corporate client on a contract basis.  Candidates interested in both full-time and part-time work will be considered.  Extensive experience drafting 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and proxy statements is required.  All of the work can be done remotely.
