Legility is seeking a part time, experienced commercial real estate attorney to assist with the review, negotiation, and drafting of commercial retail leases for an in-house legal department. Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of strong experience negotiating commercial leases from tenant perspective in a variety of jurisdictions in the US. This is a part-time remote long-term position. 

Requirements:

Review, Drafting and Negotiating tenant leases in various jurisdictions

Excellent writing, research and analytical skills

Superior communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently

Excellent academic credentials and work history

A licensed member in good standing with at least one State Bar association
