Our client, a leading national medical group, is seeking an attorney with 5 years or more of healthcare contracts experience. In this role, you will have a high level of responsibility negotiating, drafting and reviewing medical group and other contracts. Proficiency with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, as well as HIPAA is required.

This is a 100% remote, contract position requiring a commitment of 20-30 hours per week.  This project will last at least 4-6 months.

Qualifications

JD and active bar admission in any state.
5 + years of experience with medical contracting, preferably on behalf of a provider. 

Availability for 20-30 hours per week on a contract basis.
