One of Atlanta’s premier law firms seeks a commercial finance lawyer interested in working in a part-time capacity (20-30 hours per week). The candidate, who should have commercial finance experience, will assist with loan agreements and ancillary checklists, among other documents. This is a temporary, contract, part-time opportunity with a generous hourly rate and an estimated duration of at least six months.

Requirements:
