Our client, a leading national healthcare alliance, is seeking two attorneys with 7 years of experience with either or both of government contracts (procurement or other) or healthcare contracts (health insurance and managed care contracts or other).  In this role, you will have a high level of responsibility  for drafting and negotiating SOWs with numerous vendors. 

This position will be 100% remote, contract position requiring a commitment of 31-40 hours per week.  This project will last approximately 4-6 months.

Qualifications

JD and active bar admission in any state.

7 + years of experience with government and/or healthcare contracts. Strong drafting and negotiating skills.

Availability for 31-40 hours per week on a contract basis.

Availability to work within all four time zones.
