Legility seeks a junior- to mid-level Commercial Litigation Attorney, licensed in Arizona, to support a boutique law firm located in Phoenix. The law firm client seeks an attorney with experience in commercial litigation as well as substantial state in-court experience. This is a contract position with the potential to develop into a long-term relationship. Mentoring and support provided for junior-level attorneys as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years commercial litigation and trial prep experience
• Remote preferred but a workspace can be provided if necessary
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous cases from start to finish is preferred
• Substantial experience handling status conferences, hearings, and other trial-related appearances
• Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to manage projects and work well with legal teams
• Experience and ability to work independently and as part of a small team; desire to work on temp-to-perm basis
• Strong academic background from a top law school
• An active Arizona law license in good standing
