Legility seeks a senior-level Labor & Employment Litigation attorney specializing in wrongful termination, retaliation and/or whistleblower claims to bring their skills to a prestigious New York law firm located in Midtown Manhattan. Attorneys with deep experience in plaintiff’s representation specifically under Section 740 of the New York Labor Law encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, remote role offered on a contract or contract-to-permanent basis, and is ideal for a high-level, seasoned attorney looking to contribute leadership and strategic case management expertise.
 

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of Labor and Employment law experience specifically handling employment disputes in the areas of wrongful termination, retaliation & whistleblower lawsuits
  • Experience representing plaintiffs under Section 740 of the New York Labor Law
  • Attorneys with a robust book of business are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent academic credentials and work history
  • A licensed member of the New York bar
