Legility is seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years of commercial contracts experience, including financial services contracts, to assist with reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts for an in-house legal department for a major corporation. This is a part-time 20 hours a week, remote contract position. 

Qualifications:

• Active and in good standing with the bar of any US state
• At least 3 years of experience with commercial contracts, including financial services
• Must be able to handle a large volume of contracts.
