Legility seeks an HR Investigator to support one of the world's largest manufacturers of commercial airplane and other aviation components. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of human resource generalist experience and/or HR investigations specialist experience. This is a full-time contract role that is remote (except for onsite interviews and meetings) for approximately 12+ months.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of focused human resource generalist experience and/or HR investigations specialist experience.
• Demonstrated experience handling a variety of employment matters and conducting investigative fieldwork, including complainant, witness, and subject employee interviews.
• Demonstrated experience producing investigative documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and work history.
• Superior oral and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A completed Bachelor's Degree
